Our Sound Bath Meditation, featuring crystal singing bowls, offers exactly that: a deeply immersive experience that nourishes the nervous system, realigns the energetic body, and opens the heart.
The Power of Sound Bath Meditation
Sound baths are not performances—they are vibrational healing sessions that work on physical, emotional, and energetic levels. Our sessions use crystal singing bowls tuned to specific frequencies aligned with the body's energy centers, or chakras.
As you lay in stillness, the sound waves wash over you, guiding you into a meditative state where deep rest, release, and transformation can occur. You don’t need prior experience with meditation—just a willingness to receive.

Optional Tea Ceremony (30 min)
We begin with an optional tea ceremony—a mindful ritual designed to settle the body and invite presence. Sharing tea in silence or light conversation allows us to slow down, connect with our breath, and prepare our minds for the journey ahead. The herbs selected are chosen with intention, supporting calm, clarity, and grounding.
Healing Sound Bath (60 min)
The heart of the experience. You’ll be guided to rest fully as the crystal bowls, rain stick, and other healing instruments bring your mind into a deeply meditative state. Time often feels suspended. Many people describe feelings of floating, visions, or emotional release.
Open Discussion + Integration Circle (30 min)
After the meditation, we hold a safe, open discussion space. This is a time to share what came up for you—emotions, sensations, realizations—or simply to listen. Expressing your experience can help integrate healing and build a sense of community and understanding.
